The Management Board of Mazowianka has established a Quality Policy, the basic principles of which are binding for all employees:

• only those products may be offered and sold that will be worthy of recognition by customers through effective fulfillment of their needs and expectations, taking into account applicable standards and regulations

Fulfillment of quality objectives is possible by observing the following principles of quality policy:

• customer satisfaction is the most important
• high quality of work and products is the main task of the activities of all employees
• ccontinuous improvement of production and control processes, means of production and infrastructure
• care for ecology, proper working environment and employee satisfaction

The guarantee of fulfillment of the basic principles of quality policy is the applied, developed and continuously improved quality management system, compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
